We make it our priority to ship out your order as soon as possible.
You will receive an email with the tracking information and you are able to view the status with a link provided.
Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the service chosen and the country of destination. It is important to indicate an address where someone is always available for collection.
Once you have received your parcel, kindly check that it is intact. If you notice any damages to the packaging, you need to accept the package as a "RESERVE" (package received damaged) thus making it present to the courier service and to our customer care. If the packaging is not accepted as a "reserve" it will be impossible for us to forward a complaint to the courier service for possible refund / replacement of damaged or missing goods as theft.
Shipping is free for orders over 80 euro in the cart, thus without shipping charges.
If delivery delays occur, we recommend that you contact the customer service department of the competent branch of the courier in charge of your delivery, keeping our customer care department informed.
In the event of an order returned to Blondinette due to an incorrect address, rejection or unavailability, we will charge the costs of return and any customs fees endured. The costs for a further re-shipment are at the customers' expense.
The price of Blondinette products includes VAT and there are no duties within the EU.
For non-EU countries (and other locations subject to customs) the goods are sent free of VAT and may be subject to customs duties/import taxes/IVA of the country of destination, to be paid by the consignee.
We are not responsible for these costs and cannot be charged to us. As the costs are different for each country, it is impossible for us to estimate these. Please note that the customs have the right to block and inspect the goods as long as they deem it necessary. If additional documentation to the standard documentation already provided is required, Blondinettes' customer service is ready to assist you and provide it to you.
The consignee can inquire about the import conditions in his country by contacting the customs agency and the branch of the courier services.
After delivery, ownership and risks of transportation of the product becomes the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any interruption, partial or total strike of shipping or telecommunication services.
In full compliance with the consumer code, you can return the products no later than 30 days after receipt. The return is possible if the products are in perfect condition with all labels and original packaging. They must be returned in the same condition as when they were received with appropriate packaging to protect the product. (Custom made or On Request items are not eligible for Returns.)
For the returns kindly contact us, once you have received the returns number, kindly adequately pack the product so as not to damage the article or the original packaging and send it to:

Indicating the return number on the outside of the package. You can choose any shipping service you prefer, we recommend a standard tracked shipping service. The return costs are on behalf of the customer. Once received, they will be checked and the refund will be issued within 14 working days with the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
The value of the refund will correspond to the value of the products and the minimum outbound shipment (excluding any extra services such as express shipping). If a single product is returned, only the value of the product/s will be refunded.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
In case of size change, you need to return the product and place a new order.
